I love Peggy Morris! She always has the best ideas on how you can make cute crafts on a budget. She found cheap plates for next to nothing at various discount stores and applied peel and stick designs to give the plain plates a fun and festive look. This craft would be great to do with your kids...or if you are entertaining guests.
