Today we visited our family at Beltone to check out our photographer's ears. (Everything checked out great and we learned that there is something in between his ears. Haha! Just kidding, Wes! We love you!) I got behind the line at Arby's where I learned how to make the new Roast Burger. In our new book club we featured The Biggest Loser: 30-Day Jump Start, and I learned that caffeine isn't always bad...if it is consumed in moderation.
