On the heels of slumping July home sales and a market in which both local realtors and housing analysts describe as slowly recovering, sellers are getting creative when it comes to moving inventory.
Currently , prices for one or two bedroom units range from $135,000 to $305,000 dollars. Cityscape developer Adam Cohen says with rental activity high and a renewed interest in people moving back to the city center the offer is a deal that will pay off in the long run.
