TALLADEGA, Ala. — Three people have been charged with Arson in a fire at the Talladega National Forest.
The fire happened back in March of 2009.
Today a federal grand jury indicted Jody Maples, Grover Newell and Jennifer Brooks.
They're accused of burning down an historic cabin that belonged to a locally famous trapper, hunter and storyteller, Pink E. Burns.
If convicted, the suspects could face up to 20 years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000.
