UPDATE: Flash flooding closes two roads in Shelby County

Some streets had flash flooding this morning, as heavy rain comes down in the Birmingham area.
Shelby County was under a flash flood warning until 6:30am CT.
As of 6:30am CT, Bibb County, Shelby County, and Talladega County were under a flash flood warning until 10:30am CT.
Parts of some streets along Highway 119 in Alabaster were covered with flood waters, but none were closed as of 6:30am CT.
There are also reports of flooding on Highway 25 in Harpersville, and Cahaba Valley Road near I-65 in Pelham.
UPDATE:
The Shelby County EMA reports two roads are closed, due to flood waters.
County Road 42 is closed between County Road 37 and Egg and Butter Road.
County Road 47 is closed between County Road 46, and Highway 145.
Both of those roads are in the Shelby area.
