One person was killed and anotehr injured in a crash Saturday morning on Highway 280.
Vestavia Police say a van and a motorcycle collided at the intersection of Highway 280 and Cahaba River Road about 7 a.m.
The person on the motorcycle was pronounced dead on the scene and has not been identified.
One person in the van was injured and taken to an area hospital. No word on that person's condition.
All lanes of travel have since reopened.
