Gas prices continue to move slowly downward in Alabama.
Today's AAA's Daily Fuel Gauge report shows the average price for regular unleaded in Alabama is $2.54 a gallon.
That's down 1 cent from yesterday, and down 3 cents from one week ago.
The lowest average is in Tuscaloosa, at $2.49, then comes Montgomery at $2.52, Birmingham at $2.53, Mobile at $2.56 and Huntsville at $2.59.
The national average is $2.64.
