MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - The next episode of TNT's crime drama "Memphis Beat" will have an Alabama influence.

The dean of the College of Visual and Performing Arts at Alabama State University, Tommie "Tonea" Stewart, will play a psychic named "Miss Angelina" on Tuesday's episode of "Memphis Beat."

The show airs at 9 p.m. CDT.

Stewart has had roles in a number of television shows and movies, including "A Time to Kill." She was Aunt Etta on the television series "In the Heat of the Night"
