Alabama's two lieutenant governor candidates have opposing views on electronic bingo.
Democratic incumbent Jim Folsom Junior says the only way to address the issue, is to hold a statewide referendum addressing closed bingo casinos - including procedures for allowing bingo.
Republican Challenger Kay Ivey says the legislature can remove bingo from the state, but if that doesn't happen, she would support a straight up or down referendum on whether to allow any gambling in the state.
