Brighton man, 75, still missing after aerial search

A 75 year old man from Brighton remains missing, despite aerial searches for him.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, William Thomas Camp, of Brighton, was reported missing to the authorities about 10:00am CT Sunday, October 4, 2009.
Camp was last seen about 7:00pm CT October 3, 2009 when a neighbor carried him a popsicle.
Family members reported Camp has left before, walking as far as West Lake Mall and traveling as far as Meridian MS once.
The Sheriffs Office conducted a Project LifeSaver search of the area and locations given by family members.
An aerial search of approximately 5-6 miles by 5-6 miles was conducted by Sheriff’s Office STAR 2 helicopter, but Camp was not spotted.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriffs Office at 205-325-1450.
