A woman faces two charges relating to a wreck in which a University of Montevallo student died.
Bill Bostick with the Shelby County District Attorney's Office tells NBC13HD News that Diane Harris Stephens was arrested November 26, 2009.
Stephens faces one count of reckless murder and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.
Stephens remains in the Shelby County Jail with a total bond of $150,000.
The wreck happened last week on Highway 119 in Montevallo.
