Assault
2900 block of Hampton Drive (Residence/Home) at 1:00 AM Wednesday. Suspect #1: W/F.
Suspect # 2: W/M. Witnesses: none. At approximately 1:00AM officers responded to an address in
the listed area in reference to shots fired. Upon arrivla officers discovered the homeowner and a
second individual suffering from gunshot wounds. Both subjects were transported to DCH were
they were treated for non life threatening injuries. Metro Homicide is investigating. Case #:

Burglary
1700 block of Hargrove Road (Commercial) at 5:50 AM Tuesday. Forced Entry: none. Suspects:
none. Suspect vehicle: 1999 Chrvy C1500. Witnesses: none. At approximately 5:50AM on
11/24/2009 officers responded to a burglary alarm at a business in the listed area. Upon arrival
they discovered two suspects insided the fenced in area. After investigation the officers determined
the suspects were stealing catalytic converters from vehicles at the business. Both suspects were
arrested and charged with burglary III. Case #: 091124045
300 block of 19th Avenue (Residence/Home) between 5:30 PM Monday & 1:00 AM Tuesday.
Forced entry: none. Suspects: none. Witnesses: none. Between the listed dates and times an
unknown suspect entered a residence in the listed area and stole an Ericsson cell phone and a two
piece suit. No sign of forced entry. Case #: 091124070
4700 block of 2nd PL NE (Residence/Home) between 10:00 AM & 4:30 PM Tuesday. Forced entry:
rear window. Suspects: none. Witnesses: none. Between the listed times an unknown suspect
entered a residence in the listed area through a rear window. Prior to entering the residence the
suspect removed the power meter disabling the alarm system. Nothing was reported missing. Case

1400 block of 21st Avenue East (Residence/Home) between 5:00 PM 11/07 & 7:00 PM Friday.
Forced entry: none. Suspects: none. Witnesses: none. Between the listed dates and times an
unknown suspect entered the carport of a residence in the listed area and stole a razor scooter,
circular saw, miter saw, cordless drill and self propelled lawn mower. No sign of forced entry. Case

Wesley Place (Residence/Home) between 6:55 PM & 7:05 PM Tuesday. Forced Entry: none.
Suspects: none. Witnesses: none. Between the listed times an unknown black male broken into the
screen in porch of a residence in the listed area. As the suspect attempted to gain entry into the
residence the alarm was triggered. The suspect fled the scene. Nothing was reported missing.

credit/debit card(s), Dell laptop computer, Nintendo game system, US Currency, wallet. Forced
entry: back door. Suspect #1: . Suspect # 2: named . Suspect # 3: B/M. Suspect # 4: B/M.
Suspect # 5: B/M. Witnesses: none. At approximately 12:29AM four unknown black males entered
a residence in the listed area armed with weapons and stole the listed items. Case #: 091125017

3400 block of 20th Street (Residence/Home) between 5:00 PM Monday & 6:30 AM Tuesday.
Taken from: 1988 Chrysler New Yorker. Forced entry: passenger side window. Suspects: none.
Witnesses: none. Between the listed dates and times an unknown suspect entered the listed
vehicle and stole an Everstart battery, alternator and air filter. Case #: 091124053
2200 block of 49th Avenue (Residence/Home) between 7:30 PM Monday & 8:00 AM Tuesday.
Taken from: 1990 GMC Sierra. Forced entry: none. Suspects: none. Witnesses: none. Between the
listed dates and times an unknown suspect stole a Husqvarna saw and assorted golf clubs from the
listed vehicle. The vehicle was left unlocked. Case #: 091124069
2600 block of Elizabeth St (Church) between 6:15 PM & 8:15 PM Tuesday. Taken: stereo system.
Forced entry: none. Suspects: none. Witnesses: none. Between the listed times an unknown
suspect entered a vehicle in the listed area and stole the face plate to a unknown brand CD player.
