A Birmingham Mayoral candidate has been arrested.
The Birmingham Police Department confirms to NBC13HD News that James Snow was arrested Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 11:45pm CT.
The incident happened at a bar at 2627 7th Avenue South.
Snow is charged with Disorderly Conduct.
No other details were available.
