Video: Huntsville marks 20th anniversary of worst tornado

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - Huntsville plans to hold a memorial
service and a citywide moment of silence to mark the 20th
anniversary of the deadliest tornado in its history.
Mayor Tommy Battle is asking all residents, businesses and media
outlets to observe a moment of silence at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
A huge funnel cloud touched downn in Huntsville at 4:37 p.m. on
November 15th, 1989. The twister killed 21 people. Dozens were
injured and two later died from their injuries.
People who want to gather to observe the moment with others can
meet at the public Tornado Memorial. A separate remembrance service
will be held at 5 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church.
