entry: window. Suspects: none. Witnesses: none. The suspect cut the screen to the window to gain

2600 Block of 11th Ave (Residence/Home) between 7:50 AM & 9:10 AM Thursday. Taken: Air
Conditioner Unit. Suspect: one named.Witnesses: three. The suspect took the listed item. Officers
arrived on scene and found the suspect and he was arrested for old charges. Investigators will
obtain a warrrant for the new charge. Case #: 091105069
1300 Block of E 37th St (Other/Unknown) between 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM Wednesday. Taken: Acer
Laptop Computer. Suspects: none. Witnesses: none. The victim stated he let the suspect use the
computer and when he tried to get it back the suspect had taken it to a pawn shop. Case #:
