BIRMINGHAM- The Birmingham Police Department reports today the identity of the victim and suspect of homicide #54 of 2009. The homicide occurred on Thursday, November 5th at approximately 8:00 a.m., at 331 3rd Avenue Southwest, Birmingham.
The victim has been identified as Daryl Jackson, 45, of 331 3rd Avenue Southwest, Birmingham.
The suspect has been identified as Alan Albert, 48, of Birmingham.
A Murder warrant with no bond has been obtained against the suspect.
The suspect is in the custody of the Jefferson County Jail.
