An undercover drug operation resulted in many arrests today in Bessemer.
Operation Street Storm began at sunrise Tuesday, November 3, 2009, and targeted 32 street-level drug dealers in the Bessemer area.
A total of 84 indictments were issued for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Some of the drugs found in today's operation were crack cocaine.
As of 10:00am CT, half of those targeted were in custody.
