Expect lane closures along I-20/59 in Tuscaloosa County, starting June 25, 2009.

Expect lane closures along I-20/59 in Tuscaloosa County.
The Alabama Department of Transportation will be conducting routine maintenance on I-20/59 Southbound between mileposts 68-66 on Thursday, June 25, 2009 and Friday, June 26, 2009.
The right lane will be closed for this work.
Work will begin at 8:30 a.m. CT and end at 4:00 p.m. CT each day.
Stationary and slow-moving vehicles, along with personnel will be walking and working in these work zones between these hours.
Motorists should be alert to signs, message boards, and personnel on the ground, and use extreme caution while traveling this section of highway.
Traffic delays may be as much as 45 minutes.
US 11 may be used as an alternate route from Exit 72 to Exit 68.
