BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --- The jury has found Gregory John Katopodis guilty on all 97 counts.

They deliberated for a total of 8 hours.

The jury must now consider a forfeiture count in which the prosecution is seeking $250,000 from Katopodis.

Katopodis faced a 97-count indictment, including mail and wire fraud charges.

Prosecutors claimed Katopodis misused tax money set aside to provide computers to needy children.

Katopodis argued he spent his own money he personally deposited in the Computer Help for Kids charity bank account.
