The man who was arrested after jumping out of his plane in midflight over Alabama remains in the hospital.
The United States Marshal Service reports that Marcus Shrenker of Indiana is still in Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, and is recuperating from the wounds he sustained Tuesday, January 13, 2009.
Schrenker's release date and time from the hospital are unknown.
Schrenker's appearance before a magistrate judge will be determined by his release from the hospital, and arrival in Pensacola.
It is not known which jail facility he will be kept.
Schrenker was flying a plane from Indiana, when he parachuted out over Talladega County in Alabama, and put the plane on autopilot, where it crashed in Santa Rosa County, FL.
He was found in a campground in Quincy, FL, inside a tent, with cut wounds to the wrist, and a puncture wound.
