Alabama State Troopers report they have a person in custody who was wanted in a fatal hit and run wreck.
Trooper Charles Dysart released information that the person is being investigated into the incident which happened January 7, 2009 in Calhoun County.
The accident was on Highway 202, and happened about 8:00 p.m.
The victim is identified as George J. Whitman, 31.
