BIRMINGHAM-The Birmingham Fire Dept. is on the scene of a vacant house fire at 18th Street and Ave. Z in Ensley. All units are on the scene of the house fire. NBC 13's Reporter Linda White is on the scene and is reporting that there is not a fire hydrant nearby so firefighters have to run long water lines to fight the blaze. No word on any injuries at this time.
