Autauga County Sheriff Herbie Johnson said U.S. Marshals arrested 20-year-old Justin Tyler Hosch on Friday in Scottsboro. Hosch was named a prime suspect in the Oct. 19 slaying of Joe Wilmore. The victim was shot to death at his auto repair shop in Pine Level.
