BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --- Birmingham homicide detectives have confirmed charges are expected to be filed in the murder of an 85 year old East Lake woman.
Grace Garner was found murdered in her 1st Avenue South home on January 3rd.
At the time police said the crime was committed by an intruder.
Police are waiting until charges are officially filed before releasing the suspect's name.
