State Supreme Couty To Decide Birmingham District 1 Battle

The battle over the District 1 seat on the Jefferson County Commission is heading to the state Supreme Court.


On June 4, the court will hear an appeal of Circuit Judge Scott Vowell's ruling that declared William Bell the rightful District 1 representative.


Bell won a special election for the seat in February.
