No arrests or charges yet in Birmingham's latest homicide.
Last night, a man's body was found downtown near Alabama Power.
Police say the victim had apparently been shot. He hasn't been identified yet.
This is Birmingham's 29th homicide of the year, compared to 21 homicides this time last year.
