Alabama Attorney General Seizes Bullock Co. Voting Records

»  Comments | Post a Comment

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) -- Alabama Attorney General Troy King has seized the primary election voting records from a second county.

King announced Wednesday that his office had served subpoenas on Bullock County election officials and taken into custody records from the primary election on June 3. King says his office took the action after learning about allegations of improprieties.

King took a similar action last week in Perry County. Both counties had unusually large numbers of absentee ballots cast in the primary election.
