A gas station owner accused of assaulting a customer is expected in court today.
Ty Nguyen is accused of assaulting Kathleen Bullard at his store.
The incident sparked protests from the community, and eventually the city revoked Nguyen's business license.
Nguyen entered a guilty plea earlier this year, but then filed for an appeal in order to get a jury trial.
