Four men are charged with capital murder during a robbery that happened last month in Tarrant.
Investigators say Nicholas Lopez was shot to death at an apartment complex.
Tarrant police arrested Robert Nunn on Tuesday in Birmingham's East Lake neighborhood
They arrested three other suspects — Omar Toney, Brandon Taylor and Lorenzo Jackson — on Friday.
All four men are being held without bond in the Jefferson County jail.
If convicted, they could be sentenced to life in prison without parole or the death penalty.
