HOOVER, Ala. (AP) -- A 19-year-old Hoover man was killed when the all-terrain vehicle he was riding hit a ditch off of Elvira Road.
Hoover Police said Wynand Jooste died Tuesday night just after 9 p.m. No other details about the four-wheeler accident were released. Police are investigating.
