Law enforcement officers hope to make arrests soon in a robbery of a Papa John’s pizza business.
The crime happened Friday night about 8pm on Pelham Road South in Jacksonville.
An investigator says two men walked into the store, wearing masks and carrying a handgun, and demanded money.
The suspects pistol-whipped one worker on the head.
The robbers got cash, and left in a late model, silver Pontiac Grand Am or Grand Prix.
