A bicyclist is getting medical treatment, after colliding with a moving vehicle.
It happened just before 3:00pm today, on 79th Street South at 4th Avenue South in Birmingham.
Police officers on the scene say the man on the bike claims his brakes failed, and crashed into a van.
The bike rider was injured, and sent to UAB Hospital for treatment.
