The Jacksonville Police Department has released the identity of a man killed in a construction accident.
An investigator tells NBC13HD News the victim is Rickey Lavone Smith, 54, of Jacksonville.
Smith was working on a construction site at Jacksonville High School yesterday, when machinery fell on top of him.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating.
