Three burglary suspects were caught, after the relative of a Tuscaloosa County homeowner holds one suspect at gunpoint.
In a news release from the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a burglary in progress Monday, July 28, 2008, at the 1600 block of Gainesville Road.
When deputies arrived, a citizen was holding a suspect at gunpoint, and after searching the area, found the second and third suspects.
Keith Noland, 19; Curtis Means, 19; and Michael Merritt, 25, were charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, and booked into the Tuscaloosa County Jail.
A weapon and undetermined amount of change were recovered.
