A man has been arrested in the weekend murder of another man in Hale County.
According to an e-mail release from Sheriff Kenneth Ellis of Hale County, Frank David Burns, 51, has been charged with Capital Murder in the Sunday death of Jesse Lee Presley, 36, of Akron.
Sheriff Ellis says the victim’s remains were found Monday in the area of Highway 60 and Highway 14.
Burns is being held in the Hale County Jail under no bond.
