JACKSONVILLE, Ala. (AP) - An early morning homicide in Jacksonville is under investigation. Police said a 53-year-old man was shot dead in an apparent domestic dispute at a local residence.
The victim, Charles Wayne Fuller, died at the scene and police said his roommate, 45-year-old Jeffrey Jones, was charged with his murder.
Authorities said Jones called 911 just after 2 a.m. today to report the shooting. Investigators have not determined the motive.
Jones was ordered held on a $75,000 bond.
