Goat Cheese Truffles

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz) log goat cheese
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp cracked black pepper
1 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
1. Beat cream cheese, goat cheese, and lemon juice at medium speed until smooth.
2. Stir in Italian seasoning, garlic, and pepper.
3. Cover and chill mixture for 2 hours or until firm.
4. Shape into 24 (1 ½ inch balls) and roll in pecans.
5. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
