Grilled Beef Steak and Corn
T-Bone, Porterhouse, or Top Loin (New York Strip) Steak
We will use the New York Strip
Ingredients
4 Beef Top Loin Steaks 1 inch thick
1 cup Moore’s Marinade ½ cup reserved
2 Tbsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp butter
4 ears sweet corn, in husks
2 Tbsp favorite dry rub seasoning
Glaze: Combine
½ cup Moore’s Marinade - reserved
3 Tbsp butter melted
2 Tbsp minced garlic
Peel corn, leaving husks attached; remove silk, Rewrap corn in husks; tie closed with kitchen twine or corn husks strips. Soak in cold water 30 minutes before grilling.
Drain corn and place on grill over medium heat. Grill uncovered, 20-30 minutes, turning frequently.
Place steaks in Zip-Lock type bag and marinate with Moore’s Marinade for 30 minutes prior to grilling.
Apply the seasoning
Place Beef Steaks on medium heat grill for 15 – 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness turning occasionally. Brush steaks with glaze during the last five minutes of grilling.
Carefully peel corn and brush with glaze and enjoy Grilled Beef Steak and Corn!
