white sauce
2 qt. heavy mayo
1 qt. white vinegar
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper

put mayo in bowl slowly add vinegar while mixing with wire whisk then add salt & pepper mix till all lumps are gone pour in container and chill

smoked chicken
wash chicken and lightly salt & pepper it.
cook with rib side down for about 1 hour. turn chicken over and cook 45 min to 1 hour.
or till internal temp is 165
