I N G R E D I E N T S
2 cups Self raising flour
3/4 cup Buttermilk
3 tablespoons Shortening
3/4 cup Cheddar
I N S T R U C T I O N S
In a mixing bowl, combine flour with shortening with your hands until the constitency of cornmeal.
Slowly add buttermilk to form nice dough mixture
Add cheese to mixture
Place dropfulls of dough mixture into mini-muffin pans (halfway full)
Bake in a preheated oven at 350° fopr about 15 min or until golden brown on top.
