A Yummy Roasted Tomato Puree

I N G R E D I E N T S
8 each Tomato quartered
1 cup Oil
Basil
Thyme
Rosemary
Mixed Italian Seasonings
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Heavy cream to consistancy
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Quarter Tomatoes. Add Oil and seasonings. Baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until softended). Remove from oven.
Place baked contents into blender and blend thoroughly. Add Heavy Cream (1/2 Cup or so) for consistancy
