1 Peterbrooke Truffle Cake Kit including:
Premeasured Sugar
Premeasured chocolate
Premeasured espresso flavoring
Truffle Cake pan
Aluminum foil sheet
Pan spray
½ cup hot water
4 eggs, beaten
2 sticks butter
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Line truffle cake pan with aluminum foil sheet, and spray with pan spray
Dissolve espresso powder into ½ cup hot water and set aside.
Melt butter and mix with premeasured sugar.
Melt chocolate and add to butter/sugar mixture, mix well.
Add espresso and water. Mix well.
Add eggs and mix well.
Bake in oven for exactly 40 min. Let set overnight in refrigerator
