Ingredients
1 cup Corn flake crumbs
1 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Milk
4 ea Chicken Legs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Pour the milk into a small bowl or shallow dish. Set chicken legs in milk and roll around to moisten.
In another bowl, combine the corn flake crumbs & spices. Roll moistened chicken legs in corn flake mixture.
Place chicken legs on a baking pan and bake for about 30-45 min (or until the internal temperature is at least 160-170°)°
