INGREDIENTS
2 cups Flour
2 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg beaten
1 1/2 cups Milk
2 tablespoon Butter melted
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine egg and milk; add to flour mixture and stir until
smooth. Cook on a hot greased griddle or frying pan, using about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Flip and cook on the other side
when edges start to brown. May add chocolate chips.
