INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Olive oil
6 each Garlic cloves - peeled
1 ea Onion - chopped
3 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes
8 oz Tomato paste
1 bunch Basil - chopped
1/2 cup Sundried tomatoes in oil -
Parmesan cheese
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Directions: Heat oil in sauce pan and add garlic. Saute for one minute. Add onion, tomato paste, diced tomato, sundried tomatoes
and basil to taste. Cook and simmer for 1 - 1/2 hours. Serve with calzones and top with parmesan cheese.
