INGREDIENTS
-- Topping Sauce --
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Yellow mustard
1/2 cup Brown sugar
-- For The Meatloaf --
3 slices Bread
3/4 cup Whole milk
2 each Egg beaten
2 lbs Ground Beef
1/2 cup Onion diced
1/2 cup Tomato seeded, diced
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Garlic minced
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Preheat Oven to 400°
Saute onion for the gravy in oil in a large saute pan. Add tomatoes, ketchup, broth, mustard, sugar, & salt. Bring to a boil and
reduce heat to medium. and simmer for about 15 min.
Combine all ingredients for the topping and sert aside.
Combine bread, milk, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mash to a paste consistency. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until
blended. Using a 1/2 cup measure, portion mixture into muffin tin then top with 1tsp sauce.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until done
