Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 2 ¼ cup AP flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sticks (or ½ lb) butter, softened
- ¾ cup white granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz. Of Peterbrooke's 64% Chocolate Chips
Procedure:
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
- Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in large mixer bowl
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
- Gradually beat in flour mixture
- Stir in chips
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake in preheated 375-degree F oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to a wire rack and cool completely.
