4 Chicken breast

2 10x10 Pastry sheets

4 Ham thinly sliced

4 Swiss thinly sliced

Salt

Pepper

1 Egg

I N S T R U C T I O N S

Begin by pounding the chicken with a mallet until thin (about 1/2-1/4" thick).

Make egg wash (mix 1 egg and 1 tablespoon milk or water)

Cut pastry sheets in half making 4 10x5 sheets.

Salt and pepper chicken.

Lay 1 ham slice on top of chicken, followed by 1 cheese slice.

Roll up chicken, ham, and cheese.

Put on pastry sheet.

Roll pastry sheet around chicken, making sure to seal the edges with egg wash

Brush outside with egg wash.

Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
