1 cup Vinegar
1 cup Sugar
2 Oranges juice of
1 teaspoon Paprika
3 tblspoons Cornstarch
3 tblspoons Water
I N S T R U C T I O N S
In a medium sauce pan heat the vinegar, sugar, orange juice,and paprika until simmering. Reduce the heat. In a seperate bowl mix
the water and cornstarch together to make slurry. Slowly add the slurry to the simmering sauce until the desired consistancy is
reached. Remember to go slowly while adding the slurry to prevent the sauce from getting to thick. Add blanched sugar snap peas
and other vegetables and pour over Seared Scallops
