1/2 stick Unsalted butter
3/4 cup Onion chopped
3/4 cup Celery chopped
6 cups Cornbread cubed
1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
1 1/2 cups apple juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tablespoon Sage minced/fresh
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Sweat onion and celery in butter in a large saute pan oven=medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add cornbread and cook 5 minutes, stirring occastionally. Stir in broth, juice, salt, and pepper; simmer 3-4 minutes, or until heated
through. Finish with sage
